This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery usually takes, delivery costs, customs information, and what customers should do if there is a delivery issue.

Where We Ship

We ship to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.

We also currently ship internationally to the following countries only:

United States
Canada
Australia
New Zealand

We do not currently ship to EU countries or any other international destinations.

If your country is not available at checkout, this means we do not currently ship to that destination.

Dispatch Days and Cut-Off Time

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Saturday.

We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or UK public holidays.

Our order cut-off time is 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon may be processed on the next working day.

Order Processing Time

Order processing is the time it takes for us to prepare, pack, and make your parcel ready for collection by Royal Mail or another tracked courier.

Order processing usually takes 1–2 working days. During busy periods, high-demand periods, public holidays, or where additional order checks are required, processing may take longer.

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched and scanned into the courier network. Processing time is not included in the delivery estimate.

UK Delivery

We ship UK orders using Royal Mail and/or other tracked courier services where appropriate.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 are delivery aims only. They are not guaranteed 24-hour or 48-hour delivery services.

Delivery may take longer during busy periods, adverse weather, public holidays, Royal Mail delays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

UK Delivery Costs

For standard UK parcels up to 2kg:

Orders up to £50: £3.95
Orders over £50: Free

Royal Mail Tracked 24
All orders: £4.95

International Delivery

We currently ship internationally only to:

United States
Canada
Australia
New Zealand

International delivery usually takes 4–10 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local postal services, courier delays, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.

International Delivery Costs

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout before the order is submitted.

For standard international parcels, shipping usually starts from £12.50. Heavier parcels may cost more depending on weight, destination, and courier service.

The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, import taxes and duties are included where applicable, so customers should not normally be charged additional import duties or taxes on delivery.

For orders shipped to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges that may apply in their country.

These charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority and are outside our control.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs processing may cause delays that are outside our control.

We provide the required customs information with international shipments to assist with customs clearance. Customers should monitor their tracking information and follow any delivery partner, customs authority, or local postal service instructions shown in the tracking log.

Product-Specific Delivery Information

Please read the individual product page before ordering, as some products may have specific delivery information, dispatch times, shipping restrictions, or handling requirements.

If a product has specific delivery information, that information will apply in addition to this Shipping Policy.

Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent using the contact information supplied at checkout.

If a mobile phone number has been provided, you may also receive SMS delivery updates from Royal Mail or the courier.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to Royal Mail or another courier, we are unable to change the delivery address, cancel the order, or retrieve the parcel from transit.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned to us, or lost. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee successful delivery where incorrect or incomplete details have been supplied.

Delivery Delays

We always aim to keep shipping times to a minimum and will make reasonable efforts to assist where delays occur.

However, once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Royal Mail, the courier, the destination country’s postal service, or customs authority where applicable.

Delays may occur due to courier volumes, customs processing, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details, local postal delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@facemethodbeauty.com with your order number and tracking number.

We will review the tracking information and assist where possible.

If the courier confirms that a parcel has been delivered to the address provided, including delivery to a safe place, reception, concierge, mailroom, communal area, or nominated delivery location, we may rely on the courier’s tracking, GPS, and proof of delivery information when reviewing delivery queries.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped and handed to Royal Mail or another courier, we cannot cancel the order, change the delivery address, or control the transit process.

If the courier has not yet collected your order, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at sales@facemethodbeauty.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the information provided and advise the next steps.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, prepaid return label, or partial refund if the product remains usable and the customer chooses to keep it.

Returns After Delivery

If you change your mind after your order has been delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

Items must be returned within the required return period, unused, unopened where applicable, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

For buyer’s remorse returns, including unwanted items, items ordered in error, or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
