UK Returns Only

This returns policy applies to UK orders only.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

unused;
unopened, where applicable for hygiene reasons;
in the same condition that you received it;
in its original packaging;
with any tags, seals, or protective packaging still intact where applicable.

You will also need your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

When submitting a return request, please choose the appropriate return reason and upload clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another issue with the product.

We will review your return request and confirm whether it has been approved.

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions by email. Where applicable, you may also receive a returns slip or prepaid returns label.

Return Postage

For buyer’s remorse returns, including unwanted items, items ordered in error, or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

If you choose to purchase an Evri returns label through our returns portal, please print the Evri label, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at an Evri drop-off point.

If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, we may provide a prepaid return label where appropriate.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are not refunded for buyer’s remorse returns, unwanted items, items ordered in error, or change-of-mind returns.

In these cases, only the item value will be refunded once the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at sales@facemethodbeauty.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and advise the next steps.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, prepaid return label, or partial refund if the item remains usable and the customer chooses to keep it.

Please note that damage to the outer retail box or packaging may not qualify as product damage if the product itself is undamaged and usable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, used, tested, or unsealed:

makeup palettes;
lipsticks, lip glosses, lip oils, lip balms, and other lip products;
cosmetics and skincare products that have been opened or used;
perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or tested;
eyeshadow palettes and makeup items that have been opened or tested;
time-sensitive products such as Timeless Vitamin C serum;
perishable goods;
sale items, where stated at the time of purchase;
expired stock sold clearly as expired.

Where a product is sold as expired, this will be clearly stated in the product title or description, including wording such as “EXP” or “Expired”.

Expired products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Condition of Returned Items

Unless the item was originally received damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, returned items must be received in unused, unopened, resaleable condition and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if an item is returned used, opened, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, or not in the condition described when the return was requested.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed promptly after inspection. Please allow 3–7 working days for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and display the refund in your account.
