We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: We only refund or replace items where the product itself is damaged such as a broken or smashed bottle.

1. Only for damaged/defective items: 

- within 30 days from date of purchase
- send the item back unused if possible 
- email us at sales@facemethodbeauty.com or use the live chat function to request a returns label. Photos and defect description to be submitted as proof of damage/defect.
- we use Evri for returns, please drop off at a Parcelshop near you!
- unless damaged in transit, items returned must be in a saleable condition
- Refunds returned to original payment method

NOTE: buyer's remorse returns are returnable at the customer's expense.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy:

  • Perishable goods cannot be returned. 
  • Sale goods
  • Expired stock when sold cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
  • Makeup palettes and lipsticks are non returnable and non refundable once opened for reasons of hygiene.
  • Timeless Vitamin C serum is non returnable and non refundable due to the time sensitive nature of the product.
  • Sealed perfumes that have been opened and tested cannot be returned or refunded

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only refund or replace items where the product itself is damaged such as a broken or smashed bottle. In all cases, please email photos to support your case for a return.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, normally 3-5 working days.
